Program HanKanCalc is intended for calculation, dimension determining and balancing air ducts systems.
Program performs automatic calculation of duct sizes, automatic calculation of local resistances, of total pressure drops for all sections and air distribution elements and calculation of positioning dampers in order to get the necessary throttling.
The program includes a database of Air Distribution Elements, Dampers, air duct types, etc., with the numeral data and 3D drawings.
Two data input modes are supported:
Ordinary Input Mode, by entering a data values on classic way - writting values in appropriate fields
Dynamic Input Mode, AutoCAD input, by line-drawing ducts and Air Distribution elements with help of commands from the additional HANIBAL Toolbar. After that, the program performs calculation of ducts size, velocities, local resistances, total pressure drops, necessary throttling and positioning of dempers and gives 3D drawings of air ducts and air distribute elements.
Size of each calculated section may subsequently be changed, as wel as type of its local resistances (type of elbow, tees etc), and new calculation will be performed with that data
Calculation can be repeated any number of times with changed input data. Any change in the results of the calculation is shown on the drawings, and vice versa.
After completion of data entry, data export from AutoCAD drawings back to the program where the calculation is done.
After that, reports with the results of calculation can be started and printed.
The current look and features of the program, ease of data entry and any subsequent changes to data are the result of our joint work with a lot of our customers - HVAC designers, through the optimization of work of program and meeting all the needs that arise during design.
Program supports multi-language mode, simply type in the appropriate table expressions from the program of the desired language. So enter expressions would later appear in the window and in reports to print, if you select that language.
