HANPCM - program for design, calculating, sizing and balancing of two-pipe heating and cooling systems. It obtains automatic sizing of the radiators and fan-coils units for all existing rooms.
Two data input modes are supported:
Ordinary Input Mode - by entering a data values on classic way - writting values in appropriate fields
Dynamic Input Mode - you enter data thru the AutoCAD. hanPCM and the AutoCAD are connected so you can call relevant drawings and with HANIBAL toolbar quickly draw all system elements (heating elements, Sections and Passing Points). After that hanPCM read all information necessary for calculation from the AutoCAD drawings. Connection hanPCM - AutoCAD is bidirectional so you can all calculation results put into the drawing as well. Additional drawings you can get in this way are riser piping schemes with heating elements and isometric drawings.
After completion of data entry, data export from AutoCAD drawings back to the program where the calculation is done.
After that, reports with the results of calculation can be started and printed.
Input data order is user friendly and accommodated to usual design approach and calculations.
Program database contains wide assortment of necessary elements (pipes, balancing and radiator valves, radiator lockshields, radiator and fan-coil units etc), it is open and could be edited by user.
Program enables Import rooms data, calculated in program for Heating and Cooling Loads Calculation – hanDobGub5.0
Program Reports, with results of calculating, are descriptive and clear. Program enables selection of report language among
available reports languages and destination of the report (classic report or export to MS Excel)
In 'Balansing Results' report, all necessary entered and calculated data can be seen, including speed, heat, pressure drops, valve positions, local resistances etc.
equally important are the reports 'List of used equipments' and 'Calculated Heating/Cooling units'
The current look and features of the program, ease of data entry and any subsequent changes to data are the result of our joint work with a lot of our customers - HVAC designers, through the optimization of work of program and meeting all the needs that arise during design.
Program supports multi-language mode, simply type in the appropriate table expressions from the program of the desired language. So enter expressions would later appear in the window and in reports to print, if you select that language.
